Beef Taco Bake Recipe

1 can (10 3/4 oz) Condensed Tomato Soup
1 cup Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas or 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring frequently to break up meat. Pour off any fat.
2. Stir the soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and 1/2 cup of the cheese into the skillet. Spoon the soup mixture into an 11X8-inch (2-quart) shallow dish. Cover.
3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
