Country Chicken Casserole Recipe

1 can (10 3/4 oz) Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
4 cups cut-up vegetables (green bean and carrots), cooked and drained
2 cups cubed chicken or turkey
1 1/2 cups water
4 Tbsp butter
4 cups Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1. Stir the soups, milk, thyme, black pepper, vegetables and chicken in a 13X9X2-inch (3-quart) shallow baking dish.
2. Heat the water and butter in a 2-quart saucepan over high heat to a boil. Add the stuffing and stir lightly to coat. Spoon the stuffing over the chicken mixture.
3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or until hot.
